It costs nothing to let us fight for you.

We take all our injury cases on a contingent fee basis. That means you pay us nothing to hire the firm and for us to fight for your recovery. When we do recover, we are compensated with a percentage of the total recovery to you. Even better, we advance any and all costs needed to litigate your personal injury case. That typically includes, the compensation of expert witnesses, and court costs, such as the filing fee, deposition costs, mediation costs, and the like. You get the benefit of the advocacy of an experienced personal injury law firm, without paying a penny out-of-pocket.

We take cases on a contingent fee basis for personal injury cases for a few important reasons.

First, it puts us both on an even footing regarding a realistic outcome of the case. Unfortunately, not all injuries are fairly compensated by the law and, accordingly, we both need to be realistic when assessing the strength of your personal injury case. It doesn't serve anyone in the long run to set unreasonable expectations for the client. There are, admittedly, attorneys who will over-inflate personal injury client recovery expectations just to initially get hired. Then, months down the road, the attorney tells the client that the case is actually worth far less. We don't believe this is an ethical means of getting new clients and we refuse to do it. We get new clients by doing great work, providing a great customer experience, and by being genuine, honest, and straightforward with our personal injury clients.

Second, when you and the Firm are each compensated by a percentage of the recovery, our interests are perfectly aligned. We will work as hard as possible to obtain the best possible result for you, and in turn, for the firm. The more money we get for you, the more revenue we enjoy as a law firm, so you don't have to worry about us short-changing your case.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we take cases on a contingent basis because it allows every injured party across Massachusetts to retain our services, regardless of financial background or economic condition. Injuries often result in economic hardship and when you are up against a multi-billion dollar insurance company, it is virtually impossible to be on an even playing field without this type of representation.

Our commitment to you is simple: No Recovery, No Fee.
